Modular two-chamber biological septic tank Rototec

What it is

The modular two-chamber septic tank is a primary treatment system for domestic and similar wastewater, intended for houses, apartment blocks and communal facilities; Rototec models comply with D.Lgs 152/2006 and with the Interministerial Committee Resolution of 04/02/1977 for plant upgrades. Made of polyethylene (PE) with chambers in series, it promotes sedimentation and anaerobic digestion of sludge; PVC inlets/outlets with baffles ensure a tight seal and control of suspended solids. Modular up to 38,000 l and 370 population equivalents, with TAP800 covers and PP77 extensions. Applications: private homes, apartment blocks/communities, schools/campsites/hospitality facilities. Technical advantages: modular installation (NTSEB/MTSEB/ITSEB series); chemical and mechanical resistance of the PE; easy inspection and emptying (covers/extensions); odour containment and biogas venting; compliance with D.

What it is for

Used for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

How to use it

Bury the tanks on a level bedding layer, connect inlet and outlet at the correct falls and backfill while gradually filling them with water to balance the soil pressure. Have blowers, pumps and control panels connected by an electrician and keep them protected from water. Inspect the system through the covers, clean the diffusers and have the sludge emptied regularly.
