What it is
Vortice by Officine Polieri is a compact continuous plastering machine, single-phase 230 V with a 3 kW variable-speed gearmotor, which can be dismantled into three parts for transport. It has a 70-litre hopper, a mixing chamber in wear-resistant polyurethane, a tilting motor flange for cleaning and an integrated tool box; compressor, water pump and flowmeter are built in. It measures 100 × 59 × 159 cm, weighs 130 kg and with the Mix 26 stator/rotor delivers 8-26 l/min.

How to use it
Connect the machine to water, power or compressed air, set the water flow according to the product and load the pre-mixed material into the hopper. Spray the mortar onto the wall in even bands, keeping the gun at a constant distance, then screed and finish. At the end of the job, immediately wash out the hopper, hoses and pump, and replace the stator and rotor when the pressure drops.
