Monobloc safety cabinet for chemicals, filtered and extracted, height 1900 mm Carvel

What it is

Electro-galvanised steel monobloc cabinet with extraction and filter, for storing chemical products, acids and alkalis. It is fitted with a 220 V electric extractor protected by fuses and an activated carbon filter. The reversible doors open to 110°, enough to pull the shelves out horizontally. Available 1140 mm wide, or 600 mm wide with one door, with a height of 1900 mm.

Cabinets and lockers are metal or plastic units for storing clothing, tools and cleaning products and, in safety versions, hazardous substances such as acids and drums.

What it is for

Used for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan, for the orderly storage of materials and equipment and for ventilating workplaces.

How to use it

Stand them on a level floor and fix tall, narrow units to the wall or floor to prevent tipping. In safety cabinets, keep incompatible products apart, for example acids and alkalis, observe the shelf load ratings and check the spill sump. Keep the doors closed and entrust the keys to designated staff.

Safe use

Store only compatible products in the same cabinet, keeping acids and alkalis apart in accordance with the safety data sheets. Replace the activated carbon filter at the frequency specified by the manufacturer.
