Package treatment plant Anablok Rototec

What it is

The Anablok single-block treatment plant is a compact system for domestic or similar discharges that combines primary sedimentation/digestion and an anaerobic trickling filter in a single modular underground tank (Nanotank, Minitank, Infinitank), in compliance with Legislative Decree 152/2006, cited as the regulatory reference. Thanks to PP fill media with a large specific surface area and a void fraction of >90%, it ensures effective biomass-sewage contact with no energy consumption by the filter; typical sizing at 200 l/P.E.·d, with simple management and scheduled maintenance.

Wastewater treatment systems are tanks, treatment units, pumping stations and components such as blowers, diffusers, control panels and covers for treating and pumping wastewater.

What it is for

Used for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

How to use it

Bury the tanks on a level bedding layer, connect inlet and outlet at the correct falls and backfill while gradually filling them with water to balance the soil pressure. Have blowers, pumps and control panels connected by an electrician and keep them protected from water. Inspect the system through the covers, clean the diffusers and have the sludge emptied regularly.
