What it is

The Ifablok single-block treatment plant is an activated sludge system with aerated oxidation and secondary sedimentation for domestic or similar discharges, compliant with the limits of Table 3 - Annex 5 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 (underground installation, discharge to a water body or dispersal). The PE tank houses compartments for primary sedimentation, oxidation with microbubble diffusers and final sedimentation (in the Infinitank models), with simple management and sludge recirculation. Modular Nanotank/Minitank/Infinitank range with dedicated blowers. Operation: system consisting of a sedimentation/sludge digestion section, an oxidation section with micro-perforated rubber diffusers, final sedimentation and blowers/compressors.

What it is for

Used for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

How to use it

Bury the tanks on a level bedding layer, connect inlet and outlet at the correct falls and backfill while gradually filling them with water to balance the soil pressure. Have blowers, pumps and control panels connected by an electrician and keep them protected from water. Inspect the system through the covers, clean the diffusers and have the sludge emptied regularly.
