Abrasive belts 75 x 480 mm DeWalt DT3367-QZ

What it is

DeWalt DT3367-QZ abrasive belts are made of sandpaper with grit 100 and offered in the 75 x 480 mm size for belt sanders. The intermediate grit allows balanced sanding, suited both to controlled material removal and to preparing surfaces before the finishing stages.

A sanding belt is a loop of abrasive cloth for belt sanders, powered belt files or bench belt grinders.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing and for sanding metal, from roughing to finishing.

How to use it

Choose a belt of the exact size, width by length, and fit it following the direction-of-rotation arrow printed on the inside. Tension the belt and adjust the tracking by running it without load until it stays centred on the rollers. Work with moderate pressure and change the belt when it is clogged, worn smooth or damaged.
