What it is
The DeWalt DTM8668-QZ is a universal abrasive mesh from the Extreme line for detail sanders, with a size of 93 mm and a 60 grit suited to roughing and the first stages of sanding. The mesh weave allows dust extraction across the whole surface, containing clogging and maintaining constant performance over time. Each pack comprises 5 pieces.
Delta sanding sheets are triangular hook-and-loop abrasives, in paper or mesh, for delta sanders and multi-tools, suited to corners and edges.
What it is for
Used for sanding surfaces before painting and for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish.
How to use it
Choose a sheet matching the size of the pad and line up its holes with the extraction holes, pressing the hook-and-loop backing down firmly. Sand with light pressure, using the tip for corners and progressing from coarse to fine grit. Rotate or change the sheet when the tip is worn, and work with dust extraction or a dust mask.
