Carbide-tipped wood discs Fervi 0735

What it is

Fervi 0735 carbide-tipped wood cutting discs are cutting tools for working wood and wood-based materials. The carbide tips applied to the teeth ensure high hardness and wear resistance, providing precise cuts and extended life even on demanding materials. The solid construction allows use in intensive work on suitable machines and tools.

A wood-cutting circular saw blade is a carbide-tipped disc for cutting solid wood, laminates, MDF, chipboard and PVC on circular saws and mitre saws.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and for cutting solid wood, panels and battens, on the bench or on site.

How to use it

Choose the number of teeth according to the cut: fewer teeth for fast rip cuts, more teeth for clean cuts on laminates and panels. With the machine unplugged, fit it with the arrow in the direction of rotation, tighten the flange and check that the guard moves freely. Cut with a steady feed, without forcing, wearing safety glasses and hearing protection and using dust extraction.
