Carbide-tipped wood discs Fervi 0736

What it is

Fervi 0736 carbide-tipped wood cutting discs are cutting tools designed for working wood and derived materials. The carbide tips on the teeth provide high hardness and strong wear resistance, for clean cuts and a long life even on resinous or abrasive woods. The robust construction makes them suitable for intensive use on suitable machines and portable tools.

A wood-cutting circular saw blade is a carbide-tipped disc for cutting solid wood, laminates, MDF, chipboard and PVC on circular saws and mitre saws.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and for cutting solid wood, panels and battens, on the bench or on site.

How to use it

Choose the number of teeth according to the cut: fewer teeth for fast rip cuts, more teeth for clean cuts on laminates and panels. With the machine unplugged, fit it with the arrow in the direction of rotation, tighten the flange and check that the guard moves freely. Cut with a steady feed, without forcing, wearing safety glasses and hearing protection and using dust extraction.
