The flap disc Smartflex Classic Fervi DF2100.124 is a Ø 125 mm flap abrasive with 60-grit zirconia cloth, a medium grit that combines good stock removal with a more regular finish. It is the balanced choice for anyone looking for a single versatile disc between heavy grinding and smoothing.

Used for sanding metal, from roughing to finishing, for deburring metal after cutting and drilling and for grinding and cleaning up weld seams and burrs.
How to use it
Fit the disc on the angle grinder, or insert the shank-mounted flap wheel in the collet of the straight grinder or drill, observing the maximum speed. Work with light pressure at a slight angle, keeping the tool moving so as not to overheat or mark the workpiece. Progress from coarse to fine grits for finishing, and replace the disc when the cloth is worn down to the backing.
