What it is
The Fervi NT1075/025/080A is a 1075 x 25 mm abrasive belt with aluminium oxide abrasive, grit 80. Fervi lists it among the spare parts of its vertical belt and disc sander item 0138, which takes a 25 x 1075 mm belt. The same size is available in grits 40, 60, 100 and 120, so on the same machine you go from roughing to finishing by changing only the belt. In the Fervi catalogue this size comes in packs of 10.

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing and for sanding metal, from roughing to finishing.
How to use it
Choose a belt of the exact size, width by length, and fit it following the direction-of-rotation arrow printed on the inside. Tension the belt and adjust the tracking by running it without load until it stays centred on the rollers. Work with moderate pressure and change the belt when it is clogged, worn smooth or damaged.
