Diamond segmented backing pad Fervi D040/115

What it is

The Fervi D040/115 segmented diamond cup wheel is an abrasive tool with a diamond segment, intended for grinding and sanding hard materials. The diamond surface with grit 40 ensures an aggressive action, suited to rapid material removal, while the segmented construction helps with dust removal and cooling during work.

The diamond cup wheel is a cup-shaped disc with segments or a diamond rim, to be fitted to an angle grinder for grinding and levelling concrete, stone and screeds.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding surfaces before treatment.

How to use it

Fit it to the grinder with the correct fitting, with the machine stopped and disconnected. Work with light pressure and regular movements, holding it flat on the surface, dry with extraction or wet, as indicated. Check that the speed of the machine does not exceed the maximum of the cup wheel and wear safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and a dust mask, because the dust is harmful.
