Set of planer blades Fervi 0517/59

What it is

The Fervi 0517/59 series of planer knives is a set of replacement blades measuring 335 x 12 x 1.5 mm, designed for wood planers. The thin profile of these knives makes them suitable for machines that take thin blades; replacing worn blades maintains a clean cut and a quality finish on the planed workpiece. The set is very light, weighing just 0.08 kg.

Knives, blades and cutters are the replacement cutting edges for planers, in high-speed steel or with a carbide cutting edge, fitted in place of worn ones.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and in woodworking, from cutting to finishing.

How to use it

Replace them with the machine disconnected, always in pairs on the electric planer, so as not to unbalance the drum. Fit them with the cutting edge facing the right way and well tightened. Sharpen them with the appropriate equipment or change them when they tear the grain.
