Spill kit for oils in wheeled bin Carvel

What it is

Spill kit for oils and petroleum derivatives, with absorbents that hold hydrocarbons even when the leak ends up in water, gathered in a wheeled plastic container. The trolley takes all the material directly to the spill, in workshops, production departments, terminals, railways and motorways. The three versions use 120, 240 and 360 litre containers and offer 124, 226 and 337 litres of absorbency respectively.

Industrial absorbents are pads, rolls, pillows, booms and kits that soak up spills of oil, chemicals or water and stop them spreading.

What it is for

Used for industrial maintenance of plant and machinery, for industrial cleaning of production areas, machinery and plant and for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan.

How to use it

Choose the absorbent for the liquid (oil-only, chemical or universal) and keep a spill kit ready near high-risk points. In the event of a spill, put on PPE, surround the spill with booms, cover the drain and lay pads and pillows from the outside towards the centre. Collect used absorbents in closed containers and dispose of them as waste according to the substance absorbed.

Safe use

Use this kit on oils and hydrocarbons; for acids and aggressive chemicals a chemical kit is required. Replenish the material after every use and dispose of soaked absorbents according to the waste code of the liquid absorbed.
