Oil dispensing kit with 230 V electric pump 25 l/min and digital dispensing gun Carvel

What it is

Kit for decanting and dispensing oil with a 230 V electric pump that delivers 25 litres per minute. It includes the suction tube, 3 metres of 1/2" hose, the fittings and a digital gun with flexible spout and automatic valve. It can be chosen with a support plate and handle, for use on 180-220 litre drums and IBC tanks, or mounted on a three-wheel trolley for drums.

Special liquid pumps are electric, manual, drill-driven or engine-driven pumps for transferring diesel, oils, chemicals or sludge, with the related fitting kits.

What it is for

Used for lubricating moving parts, bearings and slideways, for workshop maintenance and for vehicle maintenance, in the workshop and on the road.

How to use it

Check that the pump is compatible with the liquid: for diesel, use pumps rated for fuels, and never transfer petrol or flammable solvents with standard pumps. Connect the suction and delivery hoses securely, immerse the suction end and start the pump, checking that it does not run dry. After use, empty and flush the circuit; wear gloves and safety glasses.

Safe use

Connect the pump to an earthed 230 V socket and disconnect it from the mains before changing the drum or removing the dip tube. Dispose of dripped oil and soiled rags as oily waste, in accordance with local regulations.
