What it is
GNSS receivers Leica GR50 and GR30 for permanent reference stations: they are not field rovers but reference servers with a 555-channel engine, tracking GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou. Phase measurement noise is below 0.5 mm rms. They have two power inputs at 10.5-28 V DC, consume about 3.1-3.5 W, are IP68 and operate from -40 to +65 °C.
GNSS receivers and antennas receive signals from navigation satellites and calculate the position of a point with precision; the RTK rover obtains it in real time with a correction from a base station or a network.
What it is for
Used for topographic surveying and site setting-out.
How to use it
Mount them on a pole or a tripod with a clear sky view, away from reflective surfaces and obstructions. Wait for the fixed position signal before surveying the point. Enter the antenna height in the controller. Protect them from knocks and rain.
Where it is used
- Road and motorway construction
- Civil engineering
- Earthmoving and excavation

Laser measurer GNSS reference server GR50 and GR30 Leica (Leica) — The Leica GR50 and GR30 GNSS reference stations are ready for the ever-evolving requirements of GNSS technology. Whatever the application, all permanent and semi-permanent GNSS network installations will receive and deliver highly accurate, reliable data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for many years to come. The GR50 and GR30 reference servers offer more than a standard reference station receiver. GNSS performance for today and tomorrow For any application, meet the highest requirements and work in the most challenging environments. Designed with performance and the future in mind, the GR50 and GR30 are equipped with the 555-channel GNSS engine that supports all global GNSS constellations, such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou, as well as regional systems, such as QZSS, NavIC and SBAS Interference is no longer a threat Stay automatically informed of potential interference threats and maintain continuous multi-frequency GNSS operation even in difficult radio-frequency environments with SmartTrack+ and the Leica Interference Toolbox solution. Exclusive Leica RefWorx SmartTrack+ autonomously detects the interference signals seen by the receiver. Operators are notified instantly and can make informed decisions. The Leica Interference Toolbox provides information on the frequency power spectrum seen by the receiver, including all desired and undesired signals. Easily identify and mitigate sources of unintentional or intentional interference. Site monitoring and VADASE Scientists, researchers and engineers are given detailed information on the movements of man-made and natural structures, as well as real-time positioning solutions. Enable three different application-specific differential RTK and network RTK positioning site monitoring modes for your individual needs: Leica Spider family solution The reference servers are an integral part of the Leica Spider family, a software suite that provides RTK services for tailored solutions. Together, these programmes offer users flexible operation, adapta
