What it is
Handle for float Rubi. Key specifications: pieces per pack 10.
A float is a hand tool with a plate in plastic, sponge, rubber, polyurethane or steel for spreading, smoothing or finishing renders, mortars, fillers and resins.
What it is for
Used for finishing plaster, from floating to smoothing, for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting and for filling surfaces and joints.
How to use it
Choose the plate for the job: steel or notched for spreading and smoothing, sponge for finishing, rubber for grouting and resins. Work with the plate almost flat in circular or criss-cross movements, dampening the sponge when needed. After use, wash it immediately with water before the material hardens and replace the sponge when worn.
