Planetary mixer Tecnomix 130 Officine Polieri

What it is

Tecnomix 130 by Officine Polieri is a compact planetary mixer: 130-litre pan with a diameter of 700 mm, effective yield 100 litres, paddles at 32 rpm driven by a 2.5 HP motor with an oil-bath gear reducer. It weighs 100 kg, measures 810 × 770 mm and can also be transported in small vehicles, with 250 mm wheels and adjustable legs. The grid has a sensor that stops the paddles when it is lifted.

A mixer is a pan or paddle machine that evenly mixes mortars, renders, screeds, adhesives and pre-mixed products.

What it is for

Used for mixing concrete on site and for mixing mortars and adhesives.

How to use it

Set the machine on a level surface and check that the pan or paddle is clean. Pour in the water first, then add the dry material a little at a time with the machine running, and mix for the time stated on the bag. Keep hands and tools away from the moving blades and wash the machine with water immediately after use.
