Black zinc-plated TCB chipboard screw Unifix

What it is

The Unifix TCB black zinc-plated chipboard screw (code 0196-04-20-01) is the professional solution for secure, long-lasting fixings in wood and wood-based materials. Designed for carpentry, joinery and industrial applications, it ensures optimal hold even on fibrous or treated materials.

Wood screws are screws with a wood thread, also supplied with a plug or collar, for assembling timber and fixing frames and battens to walls.

How to use it

Choose a length that penetrates at least two-thirds into the second piece. In hardwoods or near edges, pre-drill to prevent the wood from splitting. Drive with a bit of the right size, keeping the screwdriver in line and setting the clutch so as not to strip the head.
