Magnetic positioner Fervi S057/125

What it is

The Fervi S057/125 magnetic positioner is a welding and assembly support tool that holds metal parts at preset angles. Measuring 135 x 135 x 25h mm and with a magnetic force of 340 N, it firmly holds sheet metal and sections at positioning angles of 45°, 90° and 135°, leaving both hands free for the joining operation.

Welding accessories are earth clamps and electrode holders, cables, welding magnets and anti-spatter sprays that complete the welder.

How to use it

Connect the earth clamp and cable to the welder, checking that the connectors are tight, then attach the earth clamp to a point of clean metal on the workpiece. Use magnets to hold parts square during tack welding. Spray anti-spatter on the workpiece and nozzle before welding. Replace damaged cables and clamps immediately.
