What it is
The Fervi S057/060S magnetic positioner set is a set of magnetic squares used to hold workpieces in position during welding and metal assembly. Each positioner measures 50 x 60 x 12.5 mm, develops a magnetic force of 45 N and allows fixing at the most common angles of 45°, 90° and 135°. The set has a gross weight of 0.42 kg and is supplied in a pack measuring 195x145x20 mm.
Welding accessories are earth clamps and electrode holders, cables, welding magnets and anti-spatter sprays that complete the welder.

How to use it
Connect the earth clamp and cable to the welder, checking that the connectors are tight, then attach the earth clamp to a point of clean metal on the workpiece. Use magnets to hold parts square during tack welding. Spray anti-spatter on the workpiece and nozzle before welding. Replace damaged cables and clamps immediately.
