The rope pulley is a compact sheave with bearings, in an openable metal frame, used in work at height and in rescue to change the direction of the rope or to reduce the effort required; some models have an integrated rope clamp.

How to use it

Open the side plate, insert the rope into the groove and close it again, then connect it to the anchor point with a suitable karabiner, checking that the rope runs freely and in the correct direction. Use requires specific training: before each use, inspect it and withdraw it if it has cracks, wear or a damaged groove.
