Collet 9.52 mm for DW625 DeWalt DE6275-XJ

What it is

The DeWalt DE6275-XJ collet has a diameter of 9.52 mm (equivalent to 3/8") and is designed specifically for the DW625 router. It ensures a firm, concentric grip of the cutter shank, guaranteeing precise, stable machining. Its dedicated match to the DW625 model ensures the correct fit and reliability when routing.

The collet is the tapered sleeve, with longitudinal slits, that slides onto the router spindle and holds the shank of the cutter. Each collet has a bore of the diameter of the shank it has to grip.

How to use it

Choose a collet with a diameter equal to that of the cutter shank and suited to the machine. Clean the seat, fit the collet, insert the shank and tighten the nut with the spanners, with the machine disconnected. Never tighten the collet without a cutter in it, and replace it if it is deformed or marked, because the cutter could vibrate or slip.
