What it is

The Awelco EXTRA 200 MMA inverter welder (code 50075R) is the professional solution for those seeking precision and adaptability in stick electrode welding on different metals, from mild steel to stainless steel. How to use it

Connect the earth clamp to the clean workpiece close to the joint, fit the electrode in the electrode holder and set the current according to the type and diameter of the electrode. Strike the arc by scratching the electrode on the workpiece and travel with a short arc and constant angle; at the end of the bead, remove the slag with a chipping hammer and wire brush. Store electrodes in a dry place and work with a welding helmet, gloves and welding clothing.
